Why does creating a vision board work?

Our minds use images, metaphors and stories to make sense of our worlds. We hold our past in these and we also hold our future in them. We can access our aspirations and our true self by connecting with pictures, colours, words, extures, shapes. This is not about thinking, it is about feeling. Letting your unconscious mind open up by trusting in your response to the stimulus.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Adults aged 18 +.

 What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Malton has a train station and is accessible by public transport. 

Meeting house is 200 yards down Greengate, off Wheelgate. Station: Malton, 3/4 mile. Parking at Wentworth Street car park (next street).

 What can I bring into the event?

You do not need to being anything special to the event. All materials will be provided alongside light refreshments.
